Rachel A Doba, President of DB Engineering has over 20 years of experience in the field of civil engineering with a main area of expertise in environmental services such as water/wastewater engineering, civil/site design, commercial/retail and residential site development. Rachel founded DB Engineering, LLC, in 2008 as a Woman-owned Business Enterprise (WBE) providing engineering consulting services.
Rachel strives to make DB Engineering synonymous with providing quality engineering services, excellent client relations, and an enriching work environment in order to deliver value added professional services to the firm’s clients and to the communities the firm works in. The hallmarks of the firm mission grew out of Rachel’s vision to provide such services while fulfilling local and state XBE requirements.
